Warranty & Service
Every Dachi product is covered by a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Standard warranty period
- Stabilizers (Sound System, Main Line, AC, TV, Refrigerator): 2 years from date of invoice.
- Power Safe units: 2 years from date of invoice.
- Power Boards: 1 year from date of invoice.
- Distributor / bulk-order warranties may differ - refer to your contract.
What is covered
- Any manufacturing defect that affects the function of the unit.
- Faulty components - relays, transformers, PCB, capacitors, sockets, switches.
- Free replacement of defective parts at our service centre.
What is NOT covered
- Damage caused by improper installation, wrong wiring, or use beyond the rated capacity.
- Burn-out due to lightning, flooding, fire, rodents, physical damage, or external accident.
- Units opened or repaired by unauthorised technicians.
- Cosmetic wear and tear.
- Consumables and accessories (cables, switches, fuses) beyond 90 days.
How to claim warranty
- Keep the original invoice safe - it is your warranty proof.
- Call +91-8800455544 or email robinpowersystems@gmail.com with the model number, date of purchase, and a photo of the unit.
- We assign your case to the nearest authorised service centre within one business day.
- The service centre will inspect, repair or replace under warranty - all at no cost.
Out-of-warranty service
Our service centres also handle paid repairs for units beyond the warranty period. We share an estimate before any work begins.
Important: Always install Dachi products through a qualified electrician. Improper installation voids the warranty.
