These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dachi website (https://dachi.in/) and the purchase of any products from Dachi ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to place an order on the website. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Products & pricing
- All product specifications, images and prices are indicative and may change without notice. We make every effort to keep listings accurate but typographical errors can occur.
- Prices on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Where a price is listed incorrectly we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
3. Orders & acceptance
- An order placed through the website is an offer to buy. The contract is formed only when we confirm the order in writing (email/SMS) and the payment is successfully received.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.
4. Payment
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card details on our servers. By submitting payment you authorise us to charge the order total to your selected method.
5. Shipping & delivery
- We ship across India through reputed courier partners. Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on location.
- Free shipping applies to qualifying orders as displayed at checkout. Otherwise shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination.
- Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please inspect the package on receipt and refuse it if visibly damaged.
6. Returns, refunds & cancellations
- You may cancel an unshipped order by contacting info@dachi.in. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- Defective or wrongly shipped items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and the invoice. After verification we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
- Custom-configured units, opened consumables, and products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
7. Warranty
Dachi products carry the warranty stated on the product page or invoice (typically 2 years against manufacturing defects). Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, accidents, unauthorised repair, or wiring outside the specified working range.
8. Installation & safety
All electrical products must be installed by a qualified electrician. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible loads, or use beyond the rated capacity.
9. Intellectual property
The Dachi name, logo, product designs, website content, and images are the property of Dachi and may not be copied, modified, or used commercially without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dachi's liability for any claim arising out of a product or website use is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of our registered office.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version always appears on this page along with a "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
