- Diagnosis of any reported fault on the unit.
- Replacement of any defective component under warranty (free of cost during warranty period).
- On-site service for 3-Phase and Main Line units within standard radius - call to confirm coverage.
- Out-of-warranty repairs charged at published rates - estimate shared before any work starts.

Service charges (out of warranty)
We share an upfront estimate before any work starts. Typical charges:
- Inspection / diagnosis: free for in-warranty, nominal for out-of-warranty.
- Spare-part cost at actual + standard labour.
- Pickup / drop charges depend on distance.
