Pan-India delivery through trusted courier partners. Easy returns for damaged or wrongly-shipped products.
Shipping
- Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000 (Indian addresses only).
- Standard shipping charges shown at checkout for orders below ₹2,000, calculated by weight and pin-code.
- Dispatch time: 24-48 working hours after the order is confirmed and payment received.
- Delivery time: typically 3-7 working days depending on location. Remote pin-codes may take longer.
- You will receive a tracking number by SMS / email once the parcel is handed over to the courier.
Receiving your order
- Please inspect the carton before signing the courier sheet.
- If the carton looks damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and inform us within 24 hours.
- For accepted shipments, please report any in-transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos.
Returns
- Damaged or defective on arrival: report within 48 hours with photos. We arrange free pickup and replacement.
- Wrong product shipped: free pickup and replacement within 7 days.
- Change of mind: returns accepted within 7 days of delivery, unopened and unused, in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping. A small restocking fee may apply.
- Custom-configured or made-to-order units cannot be returned.
- Used or installed units cannot be returned - only warranty repair applies.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method. UPI / card refunds typically reach you within 5 working days; bank transfers within 7-10.
How to start a return
- Email robinpowersystems@gmail.com with your order number, reason, and photos.
- We share an RMA number and pickup details.
- Pack the item in its original carton, paste the RMA slip, and hand over to the courier.
