Refund Policy

We want every Dachi customer to be satisfied with their purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available and how they are processed.
1. When you are eligible for a refund
- Order cancelled before dispatch - 100% refund.
- Product damaged / defective on arrival - reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We arrange free pickup and either replace or refund.
- Wrong product shipped - free pickup and either correct replacement or full refund.
- Change of mind - eligible if the product is unopened, unused, in original packaging and reported within 7 days of delivery. Customer pays return shipping; a small restocking fee may apply.
2. When refunds are NOT available
- Used or installed units.
- Custom-configured or made-to-order products.
- Products damaged by misuse, incorrect installation, or external factors (lightning, flood, accidents).
- Returns received after the eligibility window.
- Products without their original invoice and packaging.
3. Refund timelines
- Once your return is received and inspected, refund is initiated within 2 working days.
- UPI / debit card: 3-5 working days to credit.
- Credit card: 5-7 working days.
- Net-banking / NEFT: 5-7 working days.
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer - we will ask for your account details.
4. Cancellation
To cancel an unshipped order, email robinpowersystems@gmail.com with your order number, or call +91-8800455544. Once the product is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled - but you can still refuse delivery if the carton is damaged.
5. Partial refunds
In some cases we may issue a partial refund (e.g., cosmetic damage but functional unit, or accessories missing from the return). Such cases are evaluated individually.
6. Failed refunds
If you have not received a refund within the stated timeline, please first check your bank / card statement, then contact your bank, and finally write to us with the original transaction reference. We will follow up with the payment gateway on your behalf.
